2026 Black Gold Stampede Rodeo
Get ready for two BIG nights of PRCA rodeo action at the Black Gold Stampede Rodeo, October 9 & 10, 2026, at the Rusk County Youth Expo Center in Henderson, Texas!
Gates open at 5:30 PM and the rodeo kicks off at 7:30 PM each night. Bring the whole family for heart-pounding rodeo competition, great food, vendors, children’s activities, Mutton Bustin’, a petting zoo and plenty of Texas-sized fun. This year also features nationally recognized rodeo entertainer John Harrison, the Texas Spirit Riders, and the crowning of the first-ever Miss Black Gold Stampede Rodeo Queen.
Best of all, the Black Gold Stampede is about more than rodeo. The Rusk County Rodeo Association is a nonprofit, and extra proceeds help fund scholarships for graduating Rusk County students. So when you buy a ticket, you’re helping support local youth while enjoying one of the best nights of the year!
